This story is so typical of what drives small business men nuts. Here there are people
desperate to make deals worth over certain amount, but they refuse to deal with small
companies. Venture capitalists are making the same mistakes, that put them in the business,
of doing what the banks wont do. In other words it is a lot less work to research one deal
worth 10 million, than it is to research ten deals worth 500K. So what if you are putting all
you eggs in one basket. So what if you are taking risks that (in the back of your mind) you
know are foolish.
Everybody knows if you spread your risk over ten investments, you are more likely to
make a profit. But the temptation of that one big deal, (the one that makes 50 mil in a year,
or whatever pie in the sky amount you are searching for) is just so overwhelming. People are
willing to toss millions on anything that says "internet" or .com in front of it, they have lost
all sense of rational reasoning and good portfolio planing. What ever happened to earning
your profits? I don't mean picking up a shovel and going to work for the local plumber. But
use the internet as a research tool. That is what it is best for.

I am looking for an investor in the amount of $70,000.
I am purchasing a natural gas well which has been drilled and just needs to be brought back on line. All of the research and data has been done. A company in Denver has done the geo work and history. (The geologist which discovered the field) The well is in Eastern Colorado. I am needing to complete this by Aug.29. If I do not there are other parties waiting for me to step aside.
The pay out will be approx. 2-4 months for the investor with a 25% working interest for the life of the well.
I may be contacted if anyone is interested at 801-361-1019.
Thanks. Just ran across this website in searching for potential investors.

To VC or not to VC? Is there really any question? For America's largest technology companies it's not a matter of whether, it's a matter of when and how much. With coffers overrunning with cash and the need to keep up with innovations, tech firms are turning venture capitalist in order to stay on top. Our company is unable to pay money for processing our projects. Problem is that our authority unwilling to believe companies such as yours - it is a new service for our country.
Our very best project is casein production widening. Now we produce casein with production cost of $1,1 a kilo and have contracts of its delivery at $3,1a kilo! We produce 20 tons every month and this is with all taxes included. So now our net profit is about 500k every year. But our factory's production capacity is used at 40% only!!! And our buyers are willing to buy up to 300 tons of casein every month. We count that is a good opportunity to invest 5 mill dollars for 10 years for any investor. If you are interested - make investors interested, and you will have your interest.
