It's interesting that the IPO market has the more offerings scheduled for this week than any other week in the past 6 years. My thoughts, these companies have been waiting in the wings over the past 2 months for any sign of positivity. They got it two weeks ago with that aborted rally. Now they are still trying to squeeze themselves out into the markets and get that influx of cash. The nice thing is, these offerings, on the whole, are strong. Even in the carnage that was last week, there were several successful IPOs. |
