Intellesale (formerly Inteletek) is a reseller of new and used computer equipment, including desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals. Intellesale buys most of its merchandise through bulk purchases of the surplus inventory of vendors and leasing companies and sells it primarily on its web site, Intellesale.com, and to a lesser extent, through wholesalers, retailers, and resellers. Applied Digital Solutions owns 80% of the Intellesale. The company recently filed to go public but a date hasn't been set yet. (source: SEC filing) |
