Software company I-many provides contract management software to the health care industry. It has expanded to offer a Web portal marketplace for group purchasing organizations, distributors, and manufacturers. I-many also offers product training, project planning, and support. In 1999 more than half of the company's sales came from its proprietary Contract Administration and Reporting System. The company plans to raise $86 million but an IPO date hasn't been set yet.
