Large Scale Biology develops compounds from tobacco to treat non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and other diseases. The company uses its proteomic and genomic technologies for therapeutic, diagnostic, and drug-discovery research. Large Scale Biology derives revenue from research collaborations with Dow Chemical (which accounts for nearly 90% of revenue) and from technology access fees.
