Consulting company Mainspring Communications helps corporations do business online. In addition to its project-based eStrategy Consulting service, Mainspring offers a subscription online service (eStrategy Direct) with real-time market analyses. Its eStrategy Executive Council is a member-based forum in which executives can discuss Web-related business ideas. Clients include American Express, IBM, and New York Life. The company plans to go public soon and hopes to raise $58 million (source: SEC filing). |
