Try this: visit http://www.investorguide.com and in the 'quickfind' choose DRIPs (dividend reinvestment plans). There you'll see a list of companies that enable you to buy their stock without a broker, plus some links to related sites. I think this is what you're looking for. |

I'm confused...does Net2000 only have a single broadband connection, through which they provide all their services? Or does each of their clients get a single broadband connection, through which all of the services run? Obviously, the first scenario is not very scalable, and the second seems basically like a t1/t3 idea to me, nothing new. What am I missing? Is it just daxing the line? Voice over IP? Anything else? |

Net2000 Communications is a facilities-based competitive local-exchange carrier (CLEC) offering integrated voice and data services through a single broadband connection, to large and midsized businesses. It has more than 1,000 customers, including Cable and Wireless, Ask Jeeves, and Teleglobe. Net2000 serves the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions in the US, and it's expanding its fiber-optic network with a three-phase national build-out. The company expects to raise $173 million. The company has filed to go public but the IPO date has not been set yet. (source: SEC filing) |
