The company provides electronics manufacturing services for such industries as communications (a third of sales), computers, data storage, and instrumentation. Services range from design and engineering, to printed circuit board and systems assembly, to distribution. IBM accounts for 37% of Pemstar's sales. Other customers include Motorola (15% of sales), 3M, Hewlett-Packard, and Sony. The company plans to raise $115 million but an IPO date hasn't been set yet. (source: SEC filing) |
