You're right, the stock is moving based on buyout speculation. People have been talking about someone acquiring AFCI for several months, but most of the potential acquirers were themselves acquired. Not sure if the latest buyout rumors are any more valid. There is also speculation that the company is close to naming a new CEO and closing a big contract with a Baby Bell, probably SBC. |
