Apropos Technology makes Interaction Manager, a tool which helps administer internet and telephone functions for customer service networks. It also makes Agent Desktop, which lets users communicate with customers by telephone, email, and online chat. Customers include Amazon.com, Pfizer, and Raytheon. The company is expected to go public soon and expects to raise $75 million, although an official date has not yet been set. (source: SEC filing) |
