ATG Group (ATGG) ATG Group provides a range of voice and data services to small and midsized businesses. Offerings include local and long-distance telephony, high-speed internet access, data transport, and such services as Web hosting and colocation. The company, which has some 15,500 customers and operates more than 57,600 access lines, serves eight markets in California, Maryland, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Although operating primarily on a resale basis, ATG Group is building its own network facilities in these and other markets. The company plans to raise $200 million but an IPO date hasn't been set yet. (source: SEC filing) |
