Real Media provides Internet ad sales representation, web advertising technology, and media and marketing services to web sites and advertisers. Using Real Media's Open AdStream ad management software, the company's clients can collect information on web surfers and manage targeted ad campaigns. Clients including America Online, Compaq, and Sony have used Real Media's services. Chairman Dave Morgan and director Mark Pinney founded Real Media in 1995. Print ad sales firm PubliGroupe owns nearly 71% of the company. The company plans to go public soon and hopes to raise $75 million (source: SEC filing). |
