ServiceWare.com helps companies provide customer service. Its eService suite enables businesses to create and maintain a data bank and then turn that information into a searchable system for use in phone support, e-mail, and Web-based self service. The company also runs the RightAnswers.com portal, where customers can access updated answers to 350,000 commonly asked questions from companies such as Microsoft, Apple, and 3Com. ServiceWare.com offers consulting, integration, and training services, and sells a CD-ROM version of the RightAnswers.com content. The company plans to go public soon and hopes to raise $86 million (source: SEC filing). |
