Vastera helps 200 clients, including Dell, NIKE, Microsoft, and Nortel, manage their global trading operations. Vastera offers information such as country-specific rules and regulations and online tools including cost calculation and tracking. Its TradeValue Management Consulting unit provides consulting on global trade, and its TradeVantage Solution Services offers outsourced trade operations. The company plans to raise $70 million but an IPO date hasn't been set yet. (source: SEC filing) |
