I used a 1 criteria search to find corporations that likely have preferred stock: all companies with a 7% yield percentage. I looked at each company's annual trend chart (you'll want to download the advanced chart software too) of that company's ticker and checked to see the balanced of each dividend paid. If they are all the same amount, it's likely that they offer preferred stock. That's as far as I can take you. You'll have to do the rest.
