CDNow 10% shareholder Alan Meltzer filed to sell 225,000 shares of common stock between October 27 and October 29 with a market value of about $1.9 million, according to a Form 144 released by the SEC. Meltzer owned 1,712,594 shares as of 4-Mar-98. If he doesn’t want the stock when it’s at 9, why should I want it now that it’s at 20? |
