CRL Network Services Inc is a Tier 1 ISP, using its own backbone to provide connectivity and web hosting services to small and medium-sized businesses. The company has 30 points of presence (POPs) in U.S. metropolitan areas. CEO James Couch, who founded CRL in 1983, owns the company.
