I would be very careful about investing in ClientLogic. Their employees are disgruntled and they have just "restructured" their client base and have laid off 100's of good employees. Mostly supervsiors with NO advance warning of impending doom. Not only that, they decided they wouldn't keep them on as supervisors in another part of the company, they decided if they wanted to stay they had to take a BIG cut in pay. About 4-5$ an hour per employee. They didn't even go by senority. The employees who stay on will not be happy. The company cosistantly offers minumul reward for hard working people. Their benifits are horrid and they have no sense where it comes to associate satisfaction. The only time we we ever see recognition is when the client whom we do business for comes to town. Then they put on this big show. We don't get appreciated any other time.

What is your opinion on spending a large sum of money on stock in Client Logic when looking for a large return rate? I have been watching this company for some time and have factual information that the company is proffiting $4 Million /month. I also have factual information that the company owes over $60 million in losses for 1999.

Customer service consultant ClientLogic offers customer service, technical support, and order placement services through two dozen call centers, while its six fulfillment centers handle inventory management, packaging, and shipping. Customer management accounts for almost 75% of sales. ClientLogic also provides marketing and support services, including database management and data mining. Conglomerate Onex bought the company in 1998 and is spinning off ClientLogic. The company plans to go public soon and hopes to raise $230 million (source: SEC filing).
