Marketing company Digitas helps its clients promote their wares through a variety of Internet and technological consulting services, including Web site development, database development, marketing strategy development, media planning and buying, and e-commerce services. The firm's three biggest clients, American Express, General Motors, and AT&T, account for nearly two-thirds of its sales. It plans to raise $200 million and go public soon, although an official date has not yet been set. (source: SEC filing)
