DigitalWork.com offers services aimed at helping small businesses and entrepreneurs compete. Through its own Web site and those of partners such as IBM and Citigroup, DigitalWork.com provides help with business functions such as public relations, advertising, training, and billing. About 80% of revenues come from e-services transactions, while the rest come from network fees earned from business portals and service suppliers. The company plans to go public soon and hopes to raise $90 million (source: SEC filing). |
