Driveway offers more than 3 million members a virtual file cabinet online, allowing them to store, access, and share items such as tax and insurance information, e-mails, photos, and MP3 files, protecting them from theft or damage and making them accessible away from home or office. Driveway is expanding on the Web through partnerships with Lycos, LookSmart, Microsoft, and others. The company plans to raise $75 million but an IPO date hasn't been set yet. (source: SEC filing) |
