Embark.com provides online information and services to colleges and prospective college students. The web site allows students to learn about colleges and submit applications to the schools of their choice. Its Enrollment Services System offers colleges targeted recruiting to its network of students, and provides related services. The company recently filed to go public but a date hasn't been set yet.
