Embedded Support Tools Corporation provides hardware and software tools for programming, testing, and debugging embedded systems based on Motorola's microprocessor architecture. Customers include 3Com, Alcatel, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent, Motorola, and Nortel Networks. The company has a marketing alliance with Wind River Systems, maker of operating systems and development tools. It plans to raise $50 million and go public soon, although an official date has not yet been set. (source: SEC filing)
